Shipping Locations: We ship only within the U.S. and do not guarantee specific delivery times, as they depend on the carrier.

State Restrictions

Due to state laws, we do not ship THCA products to:

Arkansas

Hawaii

Idaho

Kansas

Louisiana

Oklahoma

Oregon

Rhode Island

Utah

Vermont

Any products containing over 0.3% Total THC cannot be shipped to these or other restricted states.

Lost Item Policy

 

What We Cover:

  • Items lost in transit
An item is considered "lost" if it is never reported as "delivered," and if 5 business days have passed since the last tracking status update. A claim must be filed within 15 days of the last tracking update.

What We Don’t Cover

Invalid Address Input: If a customer provides an incorrect or invalid address at checkout, Super Greens Hemp Co. is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.

Packages Marked as Delivered: Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, Super Greens Hemp Co. is no longer responsible for the package (including theft, loss, or damage that occurs after delivery).

Shipping Insurance Requirement

Super Greens Hemp Co. only covers lost or missing packages if shipping insurance is elected at checkout.

Orders without shipping insurance are not eligible for replacement or reimbursement for lost, stolen, or missing packages once they are in transit or marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Item Policies

Definition of Damage: A product is considered “damaged” if it arrives in a state that renders it unusable.

Evidence Required: Photo evidence of the damaged item(s) and packaging must be submitted for review.

Approval or Denial: All damage claims are subject to approval or denial based on the evidence and circumstances.
